Ans. My journey as a mom blogger and child nutritionist was deeply inspired by my personal experiences as a mother. My own struggles to ensure my child’s healthy growth and well-being ignited a passion to learn more. 4. How has your perspective on child nutrition evolved since you started? Are there any myths or misconceptions you’ve worked to break through your platform?
Ans. When I first started, I believed in strict rules for “perfect” nutrition, but over time, I’ve realized that nutrition is as much about balance and sustainability as it is about nutrients. One major myth I’ve worked to dispel is that healthy eating has to be complicated or expensive. I advocate for simple, home-cooked meals that cater to a child’s taste while meeting their nutritional needs. Another misconception I address is that snacks are “bad”—instead, I emphasize the importance of mindful snacking with nutrient-rich options. I’m currently working on an e-book with easy, nutritious meal plans and recipes tailored for different age groups. Additionally, I’m collaborating with pediatricians and educators to create workshops that empower parents with knowledge about holistic child health. I aim to help them reach a wider global audience, demonstrating that achieving good nutrition is both simple and accessible.
